Training Courses

Our recruitment training will help you to better understand your business proposition and sell yourself so that you not only attract the right candidate, but keep them too, saving you time and money, now and in the future.
We have multiple ways to deliver this that will suit you perfectly. This can be delivered 121 online at a time and date that suits you; as a team virtually with Kate; or we can deliver in person with your team where you also benefit from each team member having a 121 coaching session with Kate as a follow up afterwards.
K.A.G. Contingency Recruitment
If you would prefer to be more hands-on in your approach to the recruitment process, that’s absolutely fine by us.
We will support you with sending over suitable candidate CV’s after we’ve had the initial discussion with you around your role needs and requirements and then conduct an initial first stage interview screening to ensure you have a shortlist of candidates to meet your role criteria.
CVs will then be sent for your review and interviews arranged to suit your schedule, you can then decide if you would like to conduct the interview with a colleague or with a member of the K.A.G. team. to support you in the process and then leave us to make the offer to your successful hire.
Graduate Assessment Centers
We have the ability and experience to design, organise, and facilitate your assessment centre from start to finish and have recruited over 500 Graduates via this method in the past 10 years alone.
Let us handle everything to create a fun and engaging opportunity for your future graduates that gives them a great insight into their role and what it’s like to work for you. All for no extra cost - wow!
Retention & Aftercare
We are focused on your long-term goals as a partner and employer and we want to support your growth now and in the future. At K.A.G. We don't place candidates and run off into the sunset, we make sure we build lasting relationships with them, and will be there before, during, and after.
Our aftercare service includes face-to-face/virtual three and six month reviews with the candidates to ensure they are engaged and settled to aide your retention.

As a business owner with full P&L and team responsibilities, a recruitment expert, and a mum to a teenager and gorgeous French bulldog, I am direct, passionate and have the worst poker face, so there’ll be no unnecessary fluff when we work together!
